Return & Exchanges

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before they are processed or shipped (normally within 1–3 business days after payment).

  • If you cancel in this window, you’ll receive a full refund.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) is required.

  • Please do not return products directly to the manufacturer.

When Returns Are Free

If we shipped the wrong item, sent a defective or damaged product, or there was an error in customization, we’ll cover all costs (including return shipping). You may choose a full refund or an exchange.

When Customers Cover Costs

If the return is due to personal preference (not related to quality or error), return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@plainshelf.com to confirm your order details.

  2. Our team will provide you with the return address and a return label if applicable.

  3. Please ship the product back within 14 days of receiving the label.


Restocking Fees

  • Items returned within 14 days of receiving the return label = No fee.

  • Items returned 14–30 days later or missing accessories / showing cosmetic wear = 15% restocking fee.

  • Items returned more than 30 days later = 25% restocking fee.

  • If a product is intentionally damaged, up to 50% fee may be applied.

If your order included a free gift, you may return it with your package or keep it. If you keep the gift, its value will be deducted from your refund.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you’ll receive an email update.

  • If approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (posting delays are common).

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times vary.
