Shipping Policy

Shipping

Once your order is placed, we begin preparing it right away. Most packages are processed and ready to ship within 1–3 business days.
If you order multiple items, they may come from different warehouses or suppliers, which means you could receive separate packages arriving at different times.

 

Estimated transit times:

  • United States: 7–12 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 10–15 business days

  • Australia & Other Regions: 10–25 business days

United States (excluding Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, Alaska, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands), United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, Denmark, Ireland, New Zealand, Italy, Spain (excluding Baleares, Las Palmas, Santa Cruz), Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Netherlands, Norway, and Portugal.

Please note: delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs checks, courier issues, or peak season demand.


Order Verification

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been verified. After this stage, orders cannot usually be canceled as processing will have already started. If you have an urgent issue, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.


Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high order volumes, processing and shipping may take longer. If significant delays occur, we’ll notify you by email.


Fulfillment

We ship Monday through Saturday year-round, excluding Sundays and holidays.
Orders placed before 10:00 PM CST / 4:00 AM CET (Sunday–Friday) will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays will ship the following Monday or the next business day.

Our logistics partners are reliable, and while customs inspections can sometimes cause short delays, these cases are rare and handled efficiently.
